These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By placing an order you accept them, so it's worth a two-minute read — particularly the part about personalised pieces, which are made specifically for you and are treated differently from off-the-shelf goods.
Prices are shown in the currency configured for your region and include any taxes stated at checkout. We take payment at the time of ordering because production starts immediately. If a price is listed in error, we'll contact you before proceeding rather than silently charging a different amount.
Pieces are made to order and typically reach you within 3–5 days. Delivery estimates given at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and we're not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. We'll always tell you if something in the workshop is running behind.
The nōu name, wordmark, designs, photography and website content belong to us. You're welcome to share photographs of your own pieces. You may not reproduce our designs commercially. By submitting personalisation text you confirm you have the right to use it — please don't ask us to cut someone else's trademark.
We stand behind what we make. Where the law allows us to limit liability, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your statutory rights, and nothing here limits our liability for faulty goods.
