The Short Version

We collect what we need to make your piece and get it to you, and nothing we can't justify. We don't sell your data. The name you type into a personalisation field is order information — we use it to cut your piece and then it lives with your order record.

What We Collect

• Order details — your name, email, phone number, delivery address and the personalisation text for each item.
• Account details — if you create an account, your login credentials and saved addresses.
• Payment details — handled by our payment providers. Full card numbers never reach our servers.
• Usage data — pages visited and general device information, used to keep the site working and improve it.

How We Use It

To make and deliver your order, to send you order updates, to answer your messages, to prevent fraud, and — only if you've opted in — to send occasional emails about new pieces. You can unsubscribe from those at any time from any email we send.

Who We Share It With

Only the services required to run the shop: our payment processors, our delivery couriers, and our email provider. Each receives the minimum needed to do its job. We do not sell or rent personal data to anybody, for any price.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart and session working, and analytics cookies to understand which pages people actually use. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart will stop remembering things if you do.

Your Rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to noujewlery@gmail.com and we'll action it. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and no longer than that.
