English letters, numbers 0 to 9 and spaces, plus five symbols: star (★), moon (☾), cross (✝), heart (♥) and ampersand (&). Those are the shapes we can cut cleanly enough to be proud of — anything else gets rejected at checkout rather than turning up looking wrong.
No. It's free on every piece, always. Charging extra for the entire point of the product never made sense to us.
18K gold plated is the warmest and the most popular. 925 sterling silver is solid metal rather than plate, so it's heavier and ages with character. Pink gold is the softest of the three in tone, and the one most people are surprised by.
Yes. Every piece is water resistant, so showers, the sea and the pool are all fine. Rinse with fresh water afterwards and dry it properly and it'll stay bright for years.
Not if you give it two minutes of care. Put perfume, sunscreen and lotion on first and your jewellery on last, and wipe it with a soft dry cloth at the end of the day. If a piece ever does dull, write to us — we'd rather refresh it than have it live in a drawer.
A name necklace cut with your name can't be sold to anyone else, so personalised pieces aren't returnable for a change of mind. But if it's faulty, or if we cut it differently from what you submitted, that's on us — we re-make it at our cost. Non-personalised pieces can be returned unworn within 7 days.
35 cm with a 5 cm extension, so anywhere from 35 to 40 cm. That puts a necklace right at the collarbone on most people, and gives you room to layer.
